Still My Life is a post-diagnosis planning tool. It’s important to your health and wellbeing to have a plan of action so you can have as much control as possible over the things that matter to you. It’s a place where you can set personal goals related to your health, nutrition, exercise, occupation and more.
The tool can also be used to communicate to other people what is important to you, to remind you, or to help you to have the focus you need. The tool covers a numbers of area. You don’t need to complete all of them but you might find it useful if you do. The tool is completely free to access and you can update it as much or as little as you like.
